May 13, 2009Yes, that’s correct. The Courts of Woodside is half sold. Of the 23 new townhomes and three renovated Victorians, we have 13 homes under firm contract or settled. I feel like we’ve just started and now we are . . . half sold.
I’m speechless.
Is Lot 56 back on the market? I had noticed that it had been listed as being under contract. No longer?
Hi Jeff. No, 56 is locked down, solid. I run this blog to get the most recent stuff out in real time. I have terrific IT help on the website, but I don’t load pages and corrections there myself so there can be an occasional lag.
I’ve got a few people kicking themselves for not moving quicker on 56 or the inventory units. I only wish I had more to sell . . .
