Last Week for Old Pricing!

Our last “inventory” home, Lot 58, a four level, fully optioned, end unit Preston is currently priced at $574,900.   We will hold that price until next Friday, May 8, at which time that price will increase to $599,900, commensurate with the pricing of the to-be-built homes.  Actually, with the full option package, it is still a bargain, just not today’s bargain.

Meanwhile, lots of new construction at the Courts; common area landscape projects are starting in earnest, including walkway lighting, decorative fences, park benches and some landscape installation.

It’s a great time to make your move!  See you this weekend, 12-5.

  1. Hey, thanks for the blog. Are you actually going to physically be at the building this Saturday? I think I will probably come by around noon if you are going to be there.


    • Hi Jeff. Yes, I’ll be at the Courts on Saturday, my colleague Maria will be there Sunday. I pulled a last minute no-show last week (was not really advertised open). With the inventory again depleted and pending actual standard/option/sample material, it had become almost impossible to answer questions about the to-be-built units going forward. Most or all of that will be in hand this week.

      I apologize if I missed you (or anyone else!) last weekend. Feel free to contact me ANY time for a private appointment during the week!
