Last Week for Old Pricing!

Our last “inventory” home, Lot 58, a four level, fully optioned, end unit Preston is currently priced at $574,900.   We will hold that price until next Friday, May 8, at which time that price will increase to $599,900, commensurate with the pricing of the to-be-built homes.  Actually, with the full option package, it is still a bargain, just not today’s bargain.

Meanwhile, lots of new construction at the Courts; common area landscape projects are starting in earnest, including walkway lighting, decorative fences, park benches and some landscape installation.

Told ya so . . .

No surpise, Lot 59 is under contract. Second offer was in the wings, but could not produce satisfactory financials under the burden of competition. One more “as-built”, my new model/sales office, 8922 Courts Way, a perfectly appointed Preston at the LAST of the giveaway prices. For the few that actually read this blog (and I can tell you there are dozens, SCORES even!) I DO tell the truth. That’s what has sustained me for many, many years in this profession. This community is a winner. That’s the truth.

Inventory Update

Last week was a real barn-burner. By the weekend, all of Crosby (interior) townhomes already built were under contract as well as both 1402 and 1406 Noyes Drive, the blue and taupe Victorians. We still have lot 58, the end unit Preston, available for 30 day delivery, and then we are on to homes to be built and delivered in approximately six months.

Easter/Passover Weekend

With the confluence of important holidays and following an amazing week of some six sales (!), we have decided to not hold the Courts open this weekend. Call for an appointment, or come by next Saturday or Sunday from 12-5.
